We offer a 14-day return or exchange window (as long as we’ve got the stock). To start a return, hit us up through the Contact page with your order number and the reason.
Note: No returns if tags are removed — no exceptions.
Return postage is on you unless there’s a fault on our end.
If something arrives damaged or off, send us a message with photos. We’ll sort it.
SHIPPING
UK orders ship within 2–10 working days.
International orders go out in 5–20 working days, depending on your location.
(If it’s a pre-order, check the product page for ship dates.)
If you refuse a delivery, you’re still responsible for the original shipping fee and courier return cost.
Heads up: customs might slow things down depending on where you are.
